Engineering & permits
Structural engineering, soils considerations, barrier and safety code, and city permit submittal.
Excavation & steel
Layout, dig, rebar cage, plumbing and electrical rough-in, then inspection.
Shell & equipment
Gunite or shotcrete shell, filtration and heating equipment set, tile and coping.
Deck & interior finish
Pavers, concrete or flagstone decking, then plaster, pebble or quartz interior.
Startup & handoff
Fill, water chemistry startup, equipment walkthrough and final inspection.
