How we work
Most remodels go sideways at the handoffs — between the designer and the contractor, between the permit runner and the crew, between the sub who framed it and the sub who has to finish it. Bay Harbor Remodeling and Construction was set up to remove those handoffs. One licensed general contractor manages design intent, city permitting and construction on the same project, with the same team accountable from the first walkthrough to the final inspection.
We work across Walnut Creek and the surrounding East Bay on everything from a single kitchen or bath to a whole-home remodel, a backyard landscape rebuild, an ADU, a new pool, or a foundation retrofit. Because permitting is handled in-house rather than outsourced, plans move through Contra Costa and Alameda county building departments without getting stuck waiting on a third party.
