We build efficiency upgrades that qualify for GoGreen Financing, California's statewide energy-efficiency financing program — so you can replace aging systems now and spread the cost instead of draining savings.
What qualifies
Upgrades that lower your bills
Efficiency work is easiest to justify when it is bundled into a remodel you were already planning. These are the improvements we most often include:
- High-efficiency HVAC and heat pump systems
- Heat pump water heaters
- Dual-pane windows and exterior doors
- Attic, wall and floor insulation plus air sealing
- Cool roofing and radiant barriers
- LED lighting and electrical panel upgrades
- Low-flow plumbing fixtures
- Drought-tolerant landscaping and smart irrigation
How it works
- 1Walkthrough and scopeWe assess the house, list the upgrades worth doing and price them as a single project.
- 2Financing applicationWe connect you with our lending partners and you apply directly with them. Approval, rate and term are set by the lender.
- 3Rebates and incentivesWe point you to current utility and state programs your upgrades may qualify for so you can claim them.
- 4Build and inspectionLicensed installation, permits where required, and documentation you can keep for rebate claims.
